2023 Audi e-tron GT

History/Overview

Introduced last year, the Audi E-Tron GT is a four-door all-electric sport sedan designed to show that the Germans can turn electrons into speed as effectively as fossil fuels.

What’s New/Key Changes From Last Year

This year, the E-Tron GT’s changes are limited to black side mirrors (they used to be body coloured), while other minor elements go the other way.

Available Trims

Audi offers the E-Tron GT in a single trim powered by dual (one front, one rear) electric motors that provide all-wheel drive traction.

Standard Features

The E-Tron GT’s exterior comes equipped with 20-inch wheels, heated/power-folding/auto-dimming side mirrors, air suspension, matrix LED laser headlights, passive keyless entry, and a power tailgate. Inside, there are heated front sport seats, leatherette/dinamica upholstery, an auto-dimming mirror, three-zone A/C, a panoramic roof, and ambient lighting. You also get digital gauges, a 10.1-inch touchscreen, navigation, wireless phone charging, and a B&O stereo.

Also included is a suite of driver safety assists comprising pre sense 360, blind spot monitoring, rear cross-traffic alert, exit warning, swerve/turn/emergency assist, traffic sign recognition, automatic high beams, adaptive cruise control, and lane departure warning.

Key Options

A premium package adds remote parking assist, heated rear seats, and a top-view camera. The performance package brings four-wheel steering and torque vectoring. A Nappa leather group includes a full leather interior, front seats with ventilation/massage, and 18-way front seats done in honeycomb-stitched Nappa leather.

A head-up display is also offered as a stand-alone option.

Fuel Economy

Audi’s energy consumption estimates for the E-Tron GT are 2.9/2.8 Le/100 km (city/highway).

Competition

You can comfortably cross-shop the E-Tron GT against the Tesla Model S and the Mercedes-Benz EQS; the Audi also competes against the Porsche Taycan, with which it shares its underpinnings.
